E. coli Methionine Aminopeptidase Inhibitors for Antibiotic

The KU High Throughout Screening Laboratory has carried out
the screening of various methionine aminopeptidases and identified
small molecules with potent inhibitory activity and unique specificity.
They have potential uses as antibiotic drugs or as leads to develop
antibiotic drugs as well as cancer therapy.
